デウカリオーン（古希: Δευκαλίων、Deukaliōn, ラテン語: Deucalion）は、ギリシア神話の登場人物である。長母音を省略してデウカリオン、もしくはデュカリオンとも表記される。
「デウカリオーンの洪水」で知られる。世界中の神話や伝説に共通して見られる大規模な大洪水伝説は、紀元前3000年ごろのメソポタミアで起こった大洪水の記録であるとする説が有力である。デウカリオーンの大洪水神話は、この記録と、ギリシアで起こった大洪水の伝承とが重なったものと考えられている。
